Our family have been going to Pediatric Associates since it has been opened. We have known Dr. William Kendrick for over 20 years. He is an amazing doctor!! He has great bedside manners, so much patience and explains everything. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of all my children!!!
Dr. Kendrick is the best doctor I ever know my kids love him so much. He has a good bedside manner explain everything and help you understand the care plan is going to follow. My kids was thrilled when he moved back to Florida my kids are 15 ,14 and 10 years old he been their pediatrician since day 1 . Overall best doctor ever . 100%
The visit, assistant that took vitals, tech that took blood and doctor were fine. What I did not appreciate was the other staff talking about their personal business (not taking their birth control and might be pregnant and cursing (B#$%^, what the F$#%,) along with other explicit curse words in a place of business surrounding children. and the fact that now they have to sign in/out via computer and not the time clock and being irritated by that, customer service is key. The time spent at this location took too long. The wellness visit was over 2 hours. Will return to Pembroke or Miami lakes location even though they're further from home
The service was excellent and fast. The doctor was very knowledgable and took his time to examine my son. I will definitely continue to take my son to pediatrics associates.
