⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. William Walkup is truly an outstanding psychiatrist. He takes the time to listen carefully, shows genuine compassion, and never makes you feel rushed or unheard. He explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and always works with you to find the best treatment plan. His professionalism and empathy have made a huge difference in my mental health journey, and I always leave appointments feeling supported and understood. I’m very grateful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable doctor.
I love my doctors at the Columbia, SC office location. They are the absolute best! However the telehealth visits are a nightmare! I'm handicapped so I have to do telehealth visits and the system is always a huge mess logging in. Actually getting to your visits in the allotted time is nearly impossible because the system they use is always down. So, you get a no show. The Physicians are worth the hassle, though. .
