Lovely and personable people working the front desk makes check-in anything but stressful. The techs are extremely kind and helpful, and Dr Wassenaar is very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was upfront about my anxiety and he talked it over with me and gave me a few options to help me with it. Today was truly the best dental experience of my entire life at Williams Lake Smile. I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Rudy M. Wassenaar and his amazing assistant — you completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Always and i mean always a good experience. I may have let a few tears out but thats my mad anxiety but the staff if very friendly, caring to patients needs and wants. Was provided with a neck pillow for a old injury still giving me problems. Quick thorough exam and both dr and the lady were good with explaining as well as asking for my concerns. made the appointments same day. Cant wait to be back to get everything done. Will always recommend Williams Lake Smiles to everyone in need of a dentist.
My visit at SMILES was up lifting and helpful. I felt affirmed after the struggle with pain. To hear Dr. Wassenaar say that things looked good in regards to my mouth and teeth especially the troublesome one with the pin in it was reassuring. The bow on the gift was the low charge I had to pay, of $19.70, the surprise of the afternoon and I left light-hearted and rejoicing with a a big Smile on my face. Thank you Dr. Wassenaar and your Smile team.
Absolutely THE best dentist, hands down!! He’s so down-to-earth, caring, friendly and accommodating! I called about my tooth pain at 1pm and was literally in the chair at the clinic within an hour AND a root canal complete before the day even ended! I’m a total wimp about needles and pain - but he was so reassuring and kind about it! Btw, the office is beautiful and his staff are soo nice! Highly HIGHLY recommend AAAAA++++
