Hey, Over the years I have become completely dissatisfied with Willow Dental Care Chilliwack. Their front desk staff are so difficult to deal with. They have a cancellation fee, fair enough. They also have a mandatory confirmation policy. While I was away on vacation I did not confirm an appointment which I had booked months in advanced. They then cancelled my appointment.
