I had a great experience today. The assistant, Bean, was very helpful and quick while taking my X-rays. She made the process smooth and comfortable. The hygienist, Chelan, was extremely gentle and detail-oriented. She checked in with me multiple times, and I could barely feel anything during the procedure. She truly did a wonderful job. Thank you for the excellent care!

I had a night guard done in mid September 2025. After many adjustment attempts, it didn't fit properly, so I returned it. Staff informed I would have my money back in a couple of weeks. It's been almost 6 months and I still did not receive my refund. I've called many times and even dropped in personally only to hear the same excuses. Really sad that I have to waste more time posting this review in an attempt to get my money back.

I extracted my tooth two weeks ago that initially my doctor couldn’t because of abscess. He injected extra Anastasia but I still felt discomfort. To my surprise, he said he couldn’t do it and walked out without any explanations. I thought it was very rude even if he had a tight schedule. After a while I was being left alone, a different dental hygienist came and explained to me what was going on. I was rescheduled with a different doctor and he was beyond excellent. I had a very positive experience at Willow Dental Care Garrison. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and stood out the most to me was the clear and thoughtful communication from the dental team. Ratinder was very professional in his dealings with me, he took time to explain everything and made sure I felt informed and comfortable and comfortable throughout the visit. His care felt attentive and personalized rather than rushed. I left there feeling genuinely well cared for.
