First time visiting Willow Dental care Garrison, what an amazing experience from Brianna taking appointments and information to Chelan doing X-Rays and cleaning to Dr.Brooks doing his once over! All I can say wow what a difference in vibes from the last place we were at. Looking forward to coming back to this office. Thanks Team! Well done!
I’ve had nothing but issues with communication, and the fact that they never book sufficient time to do work. Other dentists will book time, especially if they had an idea what your issue is. This practice has a long history of booking exams, and then shipping you out the door, potentially having to go elsewhere and double pay, because they can’t do the work at the same time. I’ve had ongoing dental repairs due to my own lack of going in for many years. They have been systematic in repairing my teeth and removing my wisdom teeth. All the while being sympathetic and accommodating to my needs and dental fears. Great place! You do feel like you are with family here! I’ve been there 6 times in the last 6 months to work through the issues. Thanks to the staff at Willow it has been a smooth easy transition into the chair!
Dr. Brooks and his team are the very best!! We go to Willow dental Garrison since 2023. My son had a wiggly tooth for a couple of months and literally asked to go see Dr Brooks and have it removed. And he said after: mommy I did not feel a thing!!! 😊 Also, they are reliable and don’t upsale just to get money from insurance like other clinics do.
I’m very picky with dentists and cannot say enough great things about Willow Dental. The staff was so kind and friendly, and the hygienist I had was so knowledgeable. Everything was explained and so thorough. The dentists there noted things that had never been mentioned in the past. They stuck to what was covered by benefits, and got an estimate ahead of time. Highly recommend!!
