This place doesn’t deserve a star rating. Because MINUS ZERO stars is what it needs. This place is a GHETTO ran by SLUMLORDS!.. Poor management. Poor maintenance. Poor response from upper management. The property manager is useless. He says if you want to talk to him to call and leave a message on a voicemail that nobody ever checks. I have been physically attacked by the maintenance men.
