The pool is only open weekdays until 4 or 5. The machines in the laundry facility are very unreliable but there is a nice laundromat right down the street. Speed limit is 5mph but residents speed through all the time, run the stop sign ( I've nearly been T-boned at least a dozen times) and families of a dozen young children let them roam the neighborhood by themselves and they’re so loud, running through breezeways and screaming outside my building. I visited these apartments due to my fiance living here. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS. Maintenance take there time with anything they do. They basicly only get it done when they feel like it. The managment (Mis.Walker) is rude as can be. She writes false warnings to people and kicks them out just because she favors certain Tenants that live there. I wish I could give no stars. This place is horrible. My son and his girlfriend lives in these apartments and their ac has been broke for over a week. The leasing office has done nothing to help make the situation easier. No window unit, no offer of a different unit just basically saying to deal with it. It is over 90 degrees in his unit currently.
The Pool, laundry room, animal poop issues or cig. Butts , cars vandalized and apartment break ins added to higher renters insurance and the list of car thrifts are ongoing unresolved problems with no change insight . But it all cost money to resolve. Right. Owners
