I bring my son to this location. While he's inside I walk the outdoor trail. I think it might be 1/2 mile track that goes around the entire campus. You can enjoy the nice views of the lake, ball courts in the back and picnic areas.
I have no complaints about the YMCA in Willow Grove PA. Average membership prices, call ahead for kids swim/ family swim hours and kids under 7 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool. My advice is to eat before you go. They do have lounging areas, vending machines, lockers, etc. Spacious gym room, basketball court and go online to check out specific classes. Small outdoor playground area but plenty of parking. Great outdoor seating.I definitely recommend joining if you live in the area.
Very large and busy Y. I like the sunny indoor walking pad. The outside walking trail is very doable even for the novice walker. Lots of gym equipment. Bathrooms and shower areas are always clean and maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. A variety of programs for adults and youth. Beautiful gymnastics area.
Brand new facility. Everything clean and shiny! Staff is friendly and always available. Awesome place for kids. Swimming and gymnastics are especially good over here! Prices for kids programs are very affordable, but Family plans/membership are pricey. But definitely worth it with 3 or more kids.btw they have 2 full size basketball courts*
Great family atmosphere. Classes offered for all ages. My wife and I use the senior silver classes 3 days a week and we are enjoying our new workout routine. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Wish it was a little less expensive but we’ve realized our health is more important at this stage of our lives. Join you’ll love it. PS we haven’t used the pool yet but we are also looking forward to that. Jim B.
