We've lived in all sorts of living situations before, but never in a low-income place until we moved here. The process was relatively quick for a rental application with the longest part being verifying our information and getting it approved by whatever behind-the-scenes folks handle that... overall we had a great experience moving in and are enjoying the property a lot. Friendly people, nice landscaping, on site laundry nice. Haven't been here to long but happy so far. Their good on upkeep and I just got really nice new cabinets.
