I’ve been bringing my three children to this dental clinic for over two years, but the service has gone from bad to worse. They’ve billed Medicaid thousands of dollars, yet many times the doctor is kind and nice person but the stuff such facility manger and the 2 rude CASTUMER service recipients are terrible, no fake smile no greeting just simply want to fight with you , even yelling on my kids for asking her to turn down or change the tv channel. My daughter recently went in for a filling. She is completely terrified of any type of needles. The staff, Cynthia specifically went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and relaxed as possible. I'm so grateful for her patience she was amazing. The Dentist that performed the filling was great as well. I'm not sure on her name but I believe she is the only female Dentist there. She was very sweet and gentle with her work on my daughter. Totally recommend.
My 5 yr old daughter had a terrible experience at a different dentist, and this staff made her idea of the dentist office change completely in the best way! They were kind, patient, fun for the kids, and every staff member was on point and kept my daughter happy and calm. Maya, Priscilla, and the actual dentist were amazing and we're so grateful to have found this office.
Dr. Awagu has been the best dentist my children have ever had! He genuinely cares so much for his patients and is so sweet to them. My daughter had a previous traumatic experience with a previous dentist and Dr. Awagu has been so patient and great working with her and making sure she doesn’t experience anything like that again! His assistants within the office are also absolutely wonderful and patient. They are always in a good mood! I love coming to this dentist from the dentist himself to the staff they are amazing and always makes me and my family feel at home. They really care and take pride in there work I definitely recommend this location 10 out of 10
