Such a wonderful dentist office. Not only the staff but the doctors are very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them. I'm glad I made the right decision on bringing my daughter here to get her extractions done. They did such a wonderful job and the procedure was done fast. I'll be making this her permit dentistry office that we go to from now on. Thank y'all for an amazing job 👏
The beginning experience was perfect until we got to the back. My daughter had a procedure done for cavities, capping them and removing a tooth. There was no communication or even acknowledgement what so ever through out the procedure but noticed the staff joking around with each other. I don't know if it was me but I received dirty looks from the guy working on her teeth. And no communication what so ever, my sister had told me when she took my daughter she received the same dirty looks. I get it guys kids get cavities but ... read more
If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Customer service is expectational Everyone is so pleasant. Priscilla is so amazing. She has a very positive personality and very good feedback for the kiddos. Thank you all very much. Glad to have this as my son pediatric dentistry
I just want to start off by saying that Dr. Sylvester and staff are great very polite, patient and professional I was very nervous for my baby being sedated but Dr. Sylvester and his assistant Judy were very kind and gentle, with her throughout the whole procedure the rest of the staff was very helpful and did great team work to help out .... We have had a great experience every visit here. The front desk staff is always polite, welcoming and professional. The hygiene team as well as the assistants are great they ensure the care of the patients is at a great quality. Dr. Awagu is the best. He makes my children comfortable with every visit. A true professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their children to Windcrest Pediatric Dentistry!
