Great place to live.
Place is a shit hole Filthy inside and out Repairs still NOT DONE for 5 years!! Mold, roaches, people here that don’t live here , pot smoking and banging on doors all hours Of the night, people across the street trash the property and take overt the pool area so if you live here you can’t use the pool. Last night they had pit bulls by the gates downstairs . God forbid .. it’s windmill creek's unsafe property and a lawsuit if something happens . DO YOUR JOB AND STOP LYING TO PEOPLE
The North Side (the blue side) is a dump. If it's not one thing it's another. There is always something going wrong: the toilet gets backed up; the roof leaking or cracking; the dishwasher leaks; fried plugs; the laundry washer leaks; the AC breaks; and random Blackouts not caused by Hurricanes. All of this happened within a few days of each other. I’ve lived here for 6 years. The apartment is old and overpriced. They barge in and wake up your children screaming whenever they feel like it. I caught one employee taking pictures of the inside of my apartment with a cell phone for no reason. The manager is a loud, bossy, racist who has a twisted pleasure for going after white women. I get screamed at every time I walk out of my apartment, as if I am a criminal escaping my cell.
