Toilet we running and my AC needed work, both were taken care of same day and in a prompt fashion. Very happy with my service and would recommend to anyone.

The units are ok until something breaks or leaks, as the units are very old!! They only do patchwork jobs instead of renovating faulty units. I had a Major water leak in my unit right before the stay-at-home advisory (...of all times) and "no cosmetic issues are being fixed until the advisory is lifted". I can understand them not being able to come fix it due to concerns for health and safety of the maintenance workers, but you would think they would offer a refund for the month.
