I didn’t realize that you had text me because the drivers phone number isn’t in my contacts and my cell phone doesn’t ring the driver calls or text me so that I can open the gate to let him in so he can fill my tank. This time my brother let him in and he did very well. Sometimes I get a little bit overwhelmed.

They find extra charges like a “minimum usage” fee for not using enough propane-They did remove the fee but I had to call- repeatedly. Arg! They did this same thing again two years in a row. It is ironic that “no hassles” is part of their descriptions.
