We just completed the installation today. Best Company hands down that I have ever worked with. The sales pitch was not high pressure, but was typical; however they followed through with everything that they promised. You cannot get a better window and pay for installation for less, let alone a lifetime warranty and every window is custom built. These windows are installed and sealed in a way that does not interfere with your interior trim and decor and look great! They took the time to rebuild my Bay Window with their windo... read more

I have the Alaskin Windows in my home. The presentation was a bit long and their was a lot of calling the office, but the salesman was very nice and answered all of my questions. The windows was very expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have a lifetime warrenty on my windows for whatever reason they break, they will replace them no questions asked!! The salesman was polite and informative, the installers were very friendly and efficient. But the big thing is that the windows are GREAT!! I looked at a few other window c... read more

I bought a little condo upon retirement, and the windows are aluminum, with interior storm windows...not very good. Got the circular in the mail: thought about it, reviewed what others said about the company on the net, noted what some stated about the sales pitch, but almost everyone stated that the windows themselves were great. So, resigned myself for the pitch, and called them. Well, Chad was great: no pressure, and very informative. Just have to remember,if you want a GREAT product, AND great installation, AND fantastic ... read more

I have my windows replaced by Windows USA and I have nothing but praises for their way of selling them and service for them. They do not force you to buy.....that is your own choice! They take their time in explaining the company, the purpose of business, the product, how it works, guarantees, installation and financing. The total package is there. You are also PAID to listen to EVERYTHING that they have and what is offered which gives you an incentive to do so. You are not paid by anyone else as far as I know. How many peop... read more

I had a real pleasant experience with the salesman that came to my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY! None of our personal information was asked for until we decided to purchase the windows. As for the $100 Wal-mart giftcard, we were given that first thing, no hassles.
