they are alwayz good to me its called communiccation an understanding so somebody aint doing right by them
The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. They have no oversight from HUD, so they basically think they get to do whatever they please. This includes, but not limited to, discrimination, fraud, unlawful and unjust evictions, constantly threatening people with their housing if they don't comply with whatever fake policy they decide to come up with that day, and will even straight up lie in court stating that you owe rent while collecting a subsidy in your name for those same months. The manager here is trying to kick my son's girl friend out cause she says she has a lot of pepole she don't but yet her own kids comes over here and sells drugs I think some one should do a back ground check on her as well as she is discriminating against her she has her own car and she tells her it can't be here and brighter can the babys dad the baby is only a month old please look in to this it isn't right for what she is doing every one here has people here any one can come and see
I had a carpet cleaner that had harrassed me a number of times and the apartment complex keep him. His employees where rude and he made sexual advances several times
