Quiet neighborhood, nice space, and affordable

For government regulated apartments they are ok. No pets is a real bummer. There is minor drug activity but it is close to good schools. Management is awful currently and they can't seem to keep maintenance personel.

I lived here for two years. Fairly peaceful community, however, management is very incompetent. My lease was up on September 30th, I gave the property manager a written notice on August 5th stating I would be moving once my lease was complete. I received an eviction notice at the end of September for failure to renew my annual lease. Apparently a new property manager was hired and a communication error on their part had occurred. Very rude to my Wife on phone and would not tell us any information. We wanted to take application in, but it sounds like they do not care. No need to stay in a place they can't answer call professionally. Looked nice on outside however.
