I had my first appointment at this clinic today, and as a (very) nervous dental patient I was pleasantly impressed with the care I was given. All the reviews prior of 5 stars are why I chose this clinic, and from the front desk staff, to the amazing and kind hygienist (Marie I think? Apologies if I get her name wrong)to meeting my new favorite Dentist (Dr. Bill) I shall never fear an appointment again. Thank you all for making me feel safe and cared for.
Dr Regier is amazing . I was told by a specialist that I would need an infected tooth root removed & a retry or get an implant after tooth removal. Today Dr Regier said only 1 root canal was infected so he only had to remove half a tooth & then a crown applied. Not only do lid that save thousands of dollars , it’s a much simpler process. He is so experienced & calm about everything. I can’t recommend him enough . I hope he never retires
Dr.Bill, Shae and Nikki make a great team! First visit ever in a new town. They were awesome and doc has loads of experience and above all compassion. Will update once a get procedures done as well. But great first experience!
Constantly dropping tools and medical equipment. Rushing through all of my appointments and never able to find the tools they need. Had me almost upside down on the table for 3 hours and refused to change it because they said “it made it easier” for them to do the procedure. I’ll never be coming back here ever again. I’ve also never been pity through so much pain during a root canal.
I saw Dr. Rieger for a crown and can't say enough good. He was extremely gentle and very considerate always making sure I was doing ok. First time in my life I felt no pain during the freezing needles! Highly recommend.
