Very professional. I was given choices and options for procedures being done. Definitely felt comfortable in choosing no freezing for a crown replacement. Very accommodating and all my needs were considered and met. Thank you for a positive experience!
I had my first appointment at this clinic today, and as a (very) nervous dental patient I was pleasantly impressed with the care I was given. All the reviews prior of 5 stars are why I chose this clinic, and from the front desk staff, to the amazing and kind hygienist (Marie I think? Apologies if I get her name wrong)to meeting my new favorite Dentist (Dr. Bill) I shall never fear an appointment again. Thank you all for making me feel safe and cared for.
The staff is amazing! They are all so kind and patient, explain things in understanding language not technical terms and will work with you to make sure your working within your budget. 10/10 will recommend!
I have never been treated so well at a dental office before. I appreciate that they were very accommodating for my anxiety around dental work, and were quick to call me by my middle name (which I prefer). I WILL be back and I WILL be telling everyone how wonderful this place is. Thank you for being so kind!
The dental session was long (preparing for a crown with a deep cavity on the tooth) but the service I received was excellent both from the dentist as well as his assistant. Very pleased with the entire experience.
