Without attempting to go out of my way to be rude and still maintaining an accurate description, Windy Hills Apartments by WinterWood Inc are cancerous, and staff do a poor job at responding and staying in contact regarding quality and safety issues. The apartments are gross and falling apart with mold, mildew, rot, and bug/pest issues; not somewhere you want to store your belongings and live. Well kept apartment's. Property manager is very helpful.
