Wish i can give 0 stars. I called for a consultation.. my case happened in 3 different locations and as i was explaining she was cutting me off and telling me did the case happen in California which i was explaining that it started and continued to happen in 2 other states she cuts me off and says why are you still taking about it. I won’t recommend this place to anyone wanting info for their first case.

On my initial zoom with Mr. Winer I was told the charge was 35% of the case. Maybe you should review myintake with zoom. When case settled it was 40% that I signed for. Also over $10,000 for paperwork, calls, emails, text and paper filing. That was entirely too much. So who was the real winner from my pain n trauma???

They made everything as easy as possible. Questions were always answered in a timely manner. They assured me privacy and sincere understanding with the issues we were going through. I had the best experience with Kelly and Ben through a difficult situation. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone and I’m thankful for all they’ve done.
