Best dentist in the area. Dr. Boling is great. Professional and does a great job
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is a pathetically managed office. I was very happy with Dr. Boling my first couple of visits and had referred multiple people to this office. Today I show up for my scheduled cleaning to learn I am not on the schedule and have been made an inactive patient without reason. I called to make an appointment. Told the lady I had Medicaid insurance. She said that they don’t accept that insurance. I told her I could pay for the visit. She told me that if I could pay for the visit I didn’t need Medicaid. She had no idea where I was getting my money. My parents were going to help me out. But that will be the last time I ever deal with them. Word of mouth hurts. That was totally uncalled for. They lost business before they even earned it.
I am a cash patient and they want to charge $320 total for two cleanings(14 & 16 year old). No x-rays, no fillings, nothing extra. It was just two cleanings. Ridiculous.
