Grey loves going to see his vet in Winston Hills! He received the best care but on his terms, he would say he loves all the attention, pats and most importantly treats given to him. He has no fear whenever he needs to go to the doctor’s room.
We recently took our Border Collie, Arlo, to Winston Hills Vet Clinic after he injured his paw on a sharp object and needed stitches. Dr Yamuna and Dr Michael took incredible care of him—from the initial surgery right through to his post-op check-ups. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest, both times I popped into this vet I have been met with passive aggressive tone and comments. They cut my dog while trimming his nails, mind you over his nine years on this green earth this has never happened. He was muzzled before I was asked about permission even though he is an extremely passive and calm dog, as the front desk lady stated she was not getting bite while trimming his nails explaining for several minutes how dangerous my dog is. We have been bringing our cat (Benji) and dog (Kelsey) for around 8-10 years and all staff have always been great with them. Nurses are amazing from a quick monthly injection which Kelsey loves! to more in-depth care the vets provide.
We have two dogs- one who is over 15, has had her spleen removed plus other associated health issues plus dementia, arthritis and deafness. The other who turns 11 at the end of the year has Addison Disease plus now Diabetes, caused in part by the corticosteroids she has to take for the Addison and arthritis. That’s 2 injections a month, plus daily injections for the diabetes plus a daily tablet for Addisons. So we spend a lot of time (and a lot of money) at the Winston Hills surgery.
