Beautiful caring staff and vet for Fergie’s day stay for an X-ray. Very accommodating for my nervous dog and kept me in the loop all day. Love the vets here. They are so warm and really care. Great to be able to only pay the gap on my pet insurance too.
The team at Winston Hills Vet are so lovely. It’s easy to make a booking online too. The vets and vet nurses are super attentive and caring - and I leave each consultation filled with confidence that he’ll get better under their advice. Kubo just loves a vet visit now.
I have been taking my pets to Winston Hills Vets for decades now. I have tried other vets but you cannot get such a caring and thorough service than what they provide here. Very positive experience. We adopted a "rescue dog" and she's required a few visits to the vet. From our first contact we've found all the staff at Winston Hills to be very caring and helpful. Recommended. PS: Give the Best for Pets program a try, it's saved us hundreds in a short time.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to be honest, both times I popped into this vet I have been met with passive aggressive tone and comments. They cut my dog while trimming his nails, mind you over his nine years on this green earth this has never happened. He was muzzled before I was asked about permission even though he is an extremely passive and calm dog, as the front desk lady stated she was not getting bite while trimming his nails explaining for several minutes how dangerous my dog is.
