Beautiful caring staff and vet for Fergie’s day stay for an X-ray. Very accommodating for my nervous dog and kept me in the loop all day. Love the vets here. They are so warm and really care. Great to be able to only pay the gap on my pet insurance too.
Very positive experience. We adopted a "rescue dog" and she's required a few visits to the vet. From our first contact we've found all the staff at Winston Hills to be very caring and helpful. Recommended. PS: Give the Best for Pets program a try, it's saved us hundreds in a short time.
We recently took our Border Collie, Arlo, to Winston Hills Vet Clinic after he injured his paw on a sharp object and needed stitches. Dr Yamuna and Dr Michael took incredible care of him—from the initial surgery right through to his post-op check-ups. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. Grey loves going to see his vet in Winston Hills! He received the best care but on his terms, he would say he loves all the attention, pats and most importantly treats given to him. He has no fear whenever he needs to go to the doctor’s room.
We love our pets as most do and its traumatic taking them to the vet. Just 4km each way but it feels like 100. Always get kindness from the good folk at Winston Hills vet and Chairman Meow was given love and great attention during his “ procedure”. You could say spoilt!
