s**ttt customer service Very nasty,they fail to realize. They have a job because of me. I'm there customer.
I needed some money to pay some bills that I got behind on. They are calling me 15 times a day. They tried to call me once and couldn't get a hold of me right away so they immediately called my refernces and place of employment. I have explained to them that I will pay the loan back and they say well now you have to come in with an extra $100 because your a week late. I live an hour away...
update I have tried to make several payment arrangements with them but they won't let me. They want the money immediately. When I talk to them they are very rude. The one lady was yelling at me telling me to get in there and pay it or they will take my car.
