If I could rate the dentist, he would get all 5 stars. However the office staff was extremely, extremely rude. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment so that I could clarify a question I had about a charge. Nobody wanted to address my question and they were very unwilling to work with my referring dentist regarding the question. They had me wait almost two hours before my question was dealt with and before I was actually seen by the doctor. I have never dealt with such a rude "admin" as she was called. The experience I had was very good, with the reception staff as well. There was no pain and everything went very quickly. They made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Bose and his assistant were very gentle and again I had no pain even with the injections to freeze the tooth area. Thank you so much!
Dr Bose and staff were completely wonderful. Had to have a root canal they explained the whole process to me and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Dr Bose and staff for treating me so quickly!!
My experience with Wisconsin Endodontic Group was awesome! They were able to fit me in for the consultation & do the root canal the same day Dr. Chybowski was amazing! I did not feel any pain during the procedure or after the shots wore off. She talked to me step by step as she worked on my tooth. The women behind the desk were polite & friendly! Would absolutely recommend them!
It was pretty smooth, the doctor and his assistant were very friendly and very professional at their job. I recommend this place to anybody who needs root canal work. They are great!
