I can’t say enough good stuff about my experience. All of the staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and the operation was totally uncomplicated and fast. I was very nervous pre-op, and the tech getting me set up with my IV was so calming. I’m only a day post-op and no issues or major pain thus far. Thank you wisdom teeth guys!!!
Everything was done over the phone, submitted documents online, the lady that helped me was awesome. The portal could use some work because it doesn't send you a final copy but the office can send you the documents. For time saving, I took screenshot of the pre and post op instructions. This was a better process compared to a different business where we waited for two hours because of the front desks incompetence. They were great at getting my daughter scheduled and seen right away. They worked with our insurance and helped us get coverage. Dr Snow has a great bed side manner. He's personable and explained everything in detail directly to my daughter. He treated her with respect and as a competent person, not just as a child. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled in a timely manner and all of the staff was friendly and very caring.
This team is so amazing! I went to the Glendale location and had 3 wisdom teeth extracted a week ago and Im feeling great! I didn’t even use the pain meds they prescribed- they just did such an amazing job! I showed up for my appointment and was in and out. They are super caring, even post surgery, making sure that Im doing okay and the healing is going well, also super quick to answering any questions or concerns! Thank you Jessica and Dr. Snow!
Dr. Snow was amazing when he removed my wisdom teeth plus a molar. I was anxious but the whole team was reassuring and informative on what to expect. I feel so much better after getting my wisdom teeth plus a molar removed. Thank you to the team that I had. It was a great experience and will recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.
