The experience was surprisingly positive. The doctor explained the pros and cons in a very professional way that made me comfortable for my child to go through this procedure. The whole thing took 20 min whish was another positive aspect that I didn't expect. The nurses and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Even wheeled out my baby out on a wheelchair and helped me get her to the car despite my kid was being very emotional after sedation. Staff was great. Explained everything in very clear details. Procedure was done quickly. They followed up with us a few days after procedure done. Location needs more chairs on waiting room. Only 6 seats but 8-12 people in there while we were there. There is plenty of space if some of the promotional sales displays removed. Also wish we could have prescriptions sent to pharmacy the day prior to surgery so we would have them at home after procedure.
I got all 4 removed at this office ! My experience was great as soon as walked in the door all the way from the moment i was wheeled out ! The front desk ladies are super nice and welcoming…Dr. Mark Shenkman, Jackie & Alejandra were honestly the best and really made the experience ALOT better, my anxiety was super low due to the comfort i felt from all 3 of these individuals!! They were super nice and welcoming as well & seem like they really love what they are doing and they strive for the best experience for their patients... read more
Wow!! What a great experience! Hand down I would recommend to my family AND friends. Gaby took care of us and she was patient and attentive to our needs. And made everything so fun 😊
They are strict about you being on time and have all these rules but I’ve been here 3 times and each time have been waiting over 30 mins after my scheduled appointment. 3rd time i was waiting for an hour! People have things to do. I’d recommend to stop scheduling so many people at once. Aside for that, had my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago. Came in to see if I was healing properly or if anything looked wrong and once I’m in the back seated and after waiting for an hour I’m told I’m only supposed to be seen if I’m experien... read more
