Amazing staff, care, and overall experience!! The entire process, from insurance approval to the wisdom teeth removal surgery, only took around three weeks for me. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, which made the entire process a breeze. If this location doesn't work out for you, I definitely recommend checking out their website to see if their other locations are near you. There's also tons of helpful information on there, too. This place is definitely worth it!
The process of getting my wisdom teeth out was quick and easy. They were also kind and courteous for the before process. Although one of my teeth was slightly problematic and we came up with a plan on how to fix it for now (I went under for surgery but I did have someone there to care for me and take me home) once they reached that problematic tooth they changed the plan while I was under without consulting my caretaker. Great people, amazing pricing, fast procedure. They were very clear on all things from cost to aftercare instructions. I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. They give you everything you need for aftercare and contact you after to ensure everything is healing after, couldn't have been easier.
From beginning to end this place is phenomenal! The entire staff (from those who answered phone to those we seen in person) were friendly and professional. All my questions were answered thoroughly, the process was so affordable and the service was great. They took out all 4 of my daughters wisdom teeth with zero complications. Her healing process was smooth & if I was concerned or had questions, they quickly responded. I highly recommend them for your wisdom teeth needs!
My son recently had all 4 of wisdom teeth pulled, the customer service that we received was top notch! From the back office staff that provided clear/great care instructions (polite and professional), to the follow up messages to make sure that he was healing well! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!
