Had an appointment at 10:30 in the morning and we walked out the door at 12:00. My son was in the chair for 30 minutes and the rest of the time involved check in and x-rays and in his case he needed a CAT scan. Jasmine and Jackie provided all of the upfront information we could ever want and specifically asked along the way if we understood and if we had questions. I’m very grateful for the skilled team that performed my first surgery! They were such a pleasure to talk to! Helped me know each step and process I had concerns of. I do urge everyone: get your wisdom teeth out before it’s too late! You do not want to deal with it when you’re older!
Infected impacted surgical removal. Super surprised with how smooth this went. I usually have horrible times with ivs but she placed it super quick gave me placement options and I don't have any bruising. My viens are the worst and I've had some bad experiences. Gabby was great. The surgeon was very clear with everything going on. Woke up exactly 1 hour after my apt time super quick witch my ride and kiddo definitely appreciated.
The experience was surprisingly positive. The doctor explained the pros and cons in a very professional way that made me comfortable for my child to go through this procedure. The whole thing took 20 min whish was another positive aspect that I didn't expect. The nurses and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Even wheeled out my baby out on a wheelchair and helped me get her to the car despite my kid was being very emotional after sedation. I got all 4 removed at this office ! My experience was great as soon as walked in the door all the way from the moment i was wheeled out ! The front desk ladies are super nice and welcoming…Dr. Mark Shenkman, Jackie & Alejandra were honestly the best and really made the experience ALOT better, my anxiety was super low due to the comfort i felt from all 3 of these individuals!! They were super nice and welcoming as well & seem like they really love what they are doing and they strive for the best experience for their patients... read more
