My experience with Wisdom Teeth Guys was excellent from start to finish. When I called to get pricing and ask questions everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. When I showed up for my appointment it was no different. All the staff was very nice and really put me at ease ( I was extremely nervous of course ) but the whole process was finished before I even knew it and so far the healing process is going smoothly. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
I had my surgery done here in January and I wanted to write my thoughts, Overall, all 4 teeth came out, I had no serious complications, so for the task being accomplished, that's why 3 stars. The rest of my experience was pretty bumpy. For starters, I had a tough time being sedated. They missed the IV poke a few times, which did not help with the anxiety I had going into it. The Wisdom Teeth Guys made the process of getting my son’s wisdom teeth removed easy. The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and care about their patients. The procedure itself was quick and I felt comfortable since everything was fully explained to both myself and my son. They called in all of the prescriptions ahead of time as well to pick up prior to procedure. Would recommend!
Outstanding service from the front end/ back end. Phone calls were super friendly, check in was super friendly, and the staff who assisted in the surgery was super friendly, accommodating, and made me feel at ease. Once the IV was administered, I was knocked out. I woke up awaiting surgery but it was already completed. Thanks again Wisdom Teeth Guys for a great experience.
Kelly, Mari, and Ashley did such a great job at helping me feel comfortable for my wisdom tooth removal. I was extremely nervous, but they did everything in their power to make me aware and prepared. It was a breeze after the IV, and the doctor did a great job at removal. I have had very little swelling and the medicine routine that they prescribed worked well for me.
