I have had such a great experience with this location. From booking the appointment to recovering, it has all been such a breeze. I’d also like to thank all the Nurses and Doctors that performed my surgery, even when I was a nervous wreck. The Doctors that performed my surgery were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and the Nurses were so helpful in calming me down and reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. Overall the greatest experience. Everyone was very professional and nice. They explained everything very well. Also the procedure did not take long. My son was taken care of very well. I am giving them a 👍👍👍👍👍👍 up 100% satisfied.

I got my wisdom teeth removed and I'm glad it's done. Pros They took my insurance so I saved a few dollars Staff was polite and friendly I did not need a referral Oral surgeon and Anesthesiologist had good attitudes and explained everything well. They were kind and gentle with me during the process and I appreciate it. The whole procedure took less than an hour once it was started. Con I'm still not 100% sure they are real and not a scam. My son Eli (17) had 4 wisdom teeth extracted plus another "rogue tooth" that was outside his teeth line and -- AMAZING is all I can say. The contact, communication, insurance service, and the front desk people so wonderfully pleasant and Dr. Eggleston and his anesthetist and staff explained everything to both of us. HEB had filled his prescriptions even before they began on him. I expected this to take awhile, but the assistant came out in about 20 minutes and said "we're done and he did great". I will say the 5 stars I would give is the flexibility they were able to get me immediately when I needed too. Overall I had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time which doesn’t entirely bother me too much. But felt like the staff needs to be a little more careful on attention to detail. They were great! But over the phone and countless of times I told them I was only taking 2 wisdom teeth out. They ended up overlooking it and charging my 500 dollars at first for 4 teeth asked if I wanted to correct it or go ahead with ju... read more
