Terrible company to work with. Very poor communication. Amanda was the closing agent. I was the seller of a vacant piece of property. The contract was signed on 6/19 and the money for escrow was deposited on 7/14 so at this point the contract was in breach. Closing was supposed to be on 7/19 which was a Sunday so the closing obviously would fall to Monday. Monday came and went. Amanda was out of the office. So no closing. No explanation at all. We had a very smooth closing today with Kelley Paul at Wollinka Wikle Title co. She is very knowledgeable, and very professional. My buyers were first time homebuyers and they were put at ease. The office staff are all professional and this company is easy and friendly to work with. I hope our paths cross again real soon.

Amanda and team at Wollinka Wikie insurance agency was fantastic in helping us last minute with a complex deal. She mdae everything easy, had witnesses ready and got all the paperwork squared up related to a business partnership transfer and a land transfer. Truly recommend Amanda and this office for any title work in Citrus County. In addition their office is neat, organized and well situated. If you need something done right please contact them.

Worst title I’ve ever worked. No updates, slow service, bad communication. I needed to beg for the closing documents because they just don’t send it.
