So disappointed in WFM. They refused to allow my husband to accompany me to my ultrasound stating it was “just policy” and that they don’t like to have anyone watch them do their work (I guess I don’t count as someone?). When asked to see the policy, we were told the way the computers worked they could not pull it up. They also refused to give us the information of who was in charge of radiology so we could speak with them, stating it was a HIPAA issue (which protects patients, not employees. I am six weeks postpartum and couldn’t be more grateful for my experience with Girlinda Robinson as my midwife. She was absolutely amazing—10/10 recommend! Every staff member I interacted with at the office was incredibly kind and welcoming. I always felt well-informed and reassured, often having answers to my questions before my friends who were receiving care elsewhere. Waco Family Medicine provided such a supportive and comforting experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional maternity care!
This is the worst time I have ever had to spend in all three of my pregnancy they take 3 hours to call you back I wish I didn’t have to come to this place
So far during my pregnancy they have helped me apply for benefits and be approved. They have been doing all the right steps because I am high risk after losing 2 babies. Nothing has set me off about this place so I’m very surprised at the 2.6 star rating. As long as I am treating the staff with the same respect I want they are great. They seem to deal with a lot of people and different situations as well so give them grace. But my experience so far with this place and staff has been wonderful.
