I met with Katina Tsahalis for the first time today, and I couldn't be happier. She's extremely nice and listened to all of my concerns. She understood and genuinely cared about my "story". I highly recommend her and Wonder Years Psychiatric Services.

I have had a blessing of finding Wonder Years and Dr. MALIK. He is always kind and patient. His staff is friendly and ready yo help you out in anyway. I highly remind Dr. Malik and his staff.

Overall, I had a very good experience. I drove from central NY for the appointment only to find out it was supposed to be virtual. But the receptionist sent Katina a message and she drove over to see me in person. I really appreciated the efforts to accommodate me. I’m not sure how the mix up occurred but it all worked out and I’m grateful.

I am a psychologist myself and I refer my clients who need a medication evaluation (since psychologists don’t prescribe meds), family, and friends. Dr Malik is the head psychiatrist but his entire staff is excellent. All the nurse practitioners and therapists are highly skilled. Dr Malik is on top of all the research and newest treatments.
