I am a psychologist myself and I refer my clients who need a medication evaluation (since psychologists don’t prescribe meds), family, and friends. Dr Malik is the head psychiatrist but his entire staff is excellent. All the nurse practitioners and therapists are highly skilled. Dr Malik is on top of all the research and newest treatments. Dr.Malik is an amazing doctor. He listens, evaluates and is willing to try other medications. This is truly an opener after 35 yrs of being depressed. His staff is courteous and caring.
This is the worse providers office I have ever dealt with!! Not only they do not answer the phone or return your messages, but Dr Carbajal never attended to the telemed appointment for my daughter that was confirmed nor did I received a call or email response detailing why we were ghosted. I emailed back and forth with Sebastien Colot prior to the appointment but never heard from anyone since. How can a practice run like this?? Absolutely unacceptable.
