I took my son there to get a vaccine shot for school and the smoothness of the process was awesome. It took way quicker time than I thought it would. I was surprised to hear the nurse say, "your all done".. The staff was friendly (especially children friendly) and professional. When I came home that evening, I told my wife, this should be the health-care facility we take our kids.
I'm ending my 12-year relationship with this office after a frustrating experience today. I arrived 15 minutes late due to an accident, but I was still within the grace period. Unfortunately, the front desk staff focused solely on my appointment being marked as canceled after that time, ignoring that she had been on the phone for five minutes when I walked in. Absolutely the best pediatric office! We have been going for almost 10 years Love all of the providers and staff. They genuinely care. It's a very busy practice, but will get you in when your kiddo needs it most❤️
Wow! Just had to walk out with my son due to the treatment we just received. His wellness appointment for his concussion was at 9. We arrive on time he is immediately take into the room where he is to be . Two minutes later a rude nurse who I’ve never seen before cracks the door open, gives no greeting, sticks out her palm and signals for my son to follow her. Twenty minutes go by after his return and no doctor nowhere. Mind you he has to go to school. I pop my head out and ask is anyone coming into see us . One lady tells ... read more
