Awesome company and crew. Look no further. We had a bit of anxiety about getting real wood floors. We went with solid walnut. Not understand woods or the process and wanting a bang up job. Internet research is not the same as real world hence the anxiety.. Some observations: I think the installer was rushed, but Hugh the finisher was so awesome as well as Dave following up at completion of work. So glad we chose Woodchuck to do our flooring! We had a good feeling about the company after meeting Chad and he did not disappoint. Everything went as expected with no surprises. A couple of concerns came up but they were immediately resolved to our satisfaction. The install crew - mostly Cavell and Alex - worked long, hard days to get the project done and they worked well together too. Starting with Chad who did the estimate to the installers everyone was great. Everything they said they would do including how long it would take was accurate . We remodeled our kitchen and took out all the tile from the kitchen & hallway. They installed new oak floors and refinished our existing hardwood floors. You can't tell where the new and old floors meet. I would highly recommend them for a new install or to refinish existing floors !
