So I moved here in September 2024 and honestly I LOVE my apartment! This place is so quiet, the apartment is beautiful, there is so much storage, and it’s the perfect amount of space. Everyone is friendly and I love the open communication with management and staff via email or text. I also love how they hold everyone accountable to keep the complex clean and presentable. Me & my girlfriend have enjoyed living at this complex since its inception but the new management at Eden Park, has completely shifted the culture. The energy is warm & welcoming since Mickey & Justina have arrived. I’ve seen their kindness & attention to detail right in front of my very eyes on different occasions. Excellent place to live!
A very dangerous apartment to live in my car got stolen on January 1st 2023 when I reach out to the apartment office they promise me they were going to check the camera and get back to me it's been a year already and nothing has been done . This apartment is very unsafe to live because of vandalism cars are being vandalized everyday and the complex is poorly managed yes leaves never get swept during fall and snow never get cleared during winter I feel so unsafe living here
DANGEROUS!! My daughter was chased in the parking lot and had to hide behind a car before running to her car. He was definitely looking to break into cars or worse!! Then 3 nights ago someone was trying to break into her 3rd fl apt!! She is so scared that I had to hire a security guard to walk her to her car in the early mornings. Dont rent here if you value your life!
