I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience living here. Despite paying luxury-level rent, ongoing noise disturbances—specifically loud music as early as 9 AM have gone unresolved. I have contacted management multiple times and have recordings to document the issue, yet no action has been taken. This level of inaction is unacceptable. Plus electricity bill is ridiculously high. I pay about $300 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment and mind you I work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week
Do you love glass and trash with a side of car break-ins? Then Woodfield Park is the place for you! This place is overflowing with trash, and they really do love their trash. They even offer dedicated security—just to watch the trash compactor! They take their trash very seriously here—so much so that staff drive past it on their golf carts, only stopping to stare. Overfilled trash containers and then on top of that you get fined $50 for leaving your trash with the other trash next to the overfill bin not to mention car Breakings, and one attempted breaking to my apartment, damaging the lock that needed to be replaced Add to add to my last post couple nights ago my truck got vandalized and an $800 hitch which was bolted and locked. Great improving place to stay. Ever since Stacia has been the PM, there has been multiple events with gifts and renewal promotions. Very friendly.
So I moved here in September 2024 and honestly I LOVE my apartment! This place is so quiet, the apartment is beautiful, there is so much storage, and it’s the perfect amount of space. Everyone is friendly and I love the open communication with management and staff via email or text. I also love how they hold everyone accountable to keep the complex clean and presentable.
