The apartment is great. The bedroom is huge, and we love the kitchen. Sarah does a really good job at staying in touch. She is quick to respond and very helpful. One of our neighbors is really loud which is rough. That and the sheer number of pets is annoying, but other then that we really like the apartments.
Tons of spiders, faulty appliances that you have to make multiple maintenance requests for before anything productive gets done with them. Walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors do. Property management is responsive, but not helpful. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.
What can I say wonderful neighbors great environment and staff honestly though the one person who deserves an award is miss sarah what as doll she is one of the best landlords Iv ever worked with she made living here a wonderful experience for me and my family i do recommend woodland cove to anyone. Thank you so much Sarah for everything!
They don't give Your deposit back they never answer phone calls there is no office in the comunity, neighbors fighting all the time loud music kids stomping all night i couldn't sleep it was that crazy. I left the apt super clean and i'm still waiting for my deposit money. No of course I seriously wouldn't recommend nobody to come here. 0 Star for this.
They’re super unprofessional they lack communication skills and will not refund me my 80 dollars for the application fee
