I am currently still a patient here and wasn't going to post this because of that.. but I have to say something. Unfortunately Dr.Long went on leave so I started being seen by Dr. Comfort.. I had decompression surgery were they removed the bottom piece of my skull at the top part of my vertebrae. Since that surgery I still had this symptoms I did before the surgery... The doctor or nurse practitioner (Kathrine) didn't like my answer and then called me a liar about an old injury. Even when she remembered me saying something about it months before but since it wasn’t a major issue then, she said that she wasn’t going to help me…??? They wasted over 3 hours of my time and didn’t do anything to help. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! They (Kathrine, & Dr. Comfort) was trying to convince me that this was a new claim (accident) and was coaching me to put in a new claim. I keep telling them that the injury... read more
Terrible experience dealing with one of your employees. Turns out it's your vp.
Went in for a simple drug screening and this is by far the best experience I've ever had in a facility before. Five stars across the board from the staff.
The ladies here is the best. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and prompt. The facility is neat and clean. The physical therapist really know their stuff. They got my pain down and mobility back. Dr Yancey is awesome. Rhonda is the coolest and Giselle is sunshine. Wish every doctor visit could be this way. Thank you Workwell.
