I’ve probably seen more than 20 PAs, PTs, and Drs in my life for various injuries and pains and have loved most of them, but my interaction with Dr. Broghammer today was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare professional. The PAs and front staff here are great, but my appointment with the Dr was incredibly unprofessional. Karen and Bianca was great along with all the staff here, they took care of me got me in and out and were very understanding and polite. I appreciate them all.
Dr. Shackleford was wonderful. He was incredibly attentive to my needs and took the time to thoroughly understand the challenges of my injury and role/responsibilities to prescribe the best course of treatment.
