I’ve probably seen more than 20 PAs, PTs, and Drs in my life for various injuries and pains and have loved most of them, but my interaction with Dr. Broghammer today was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare professional. Dr. Shackleford was wonderful. He was incredibly attentive to my needs and took the time to thoroughly understand the challenges of my injury and role/responsibilities to prescribe the best course of treatment. He also has a kind and attentive bedside manner. Every visit was pleasant and positive. Thanks to his consistent and effective treatment I am already fully back to work! I'd give NO stars if i could. The new office staff have ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. They are unprofessional and the customer service is non-existent for "some" but not others who jump to the front of the line. I have PT appointments scheduled that I won't be returning for because of the treatment I received checking out. It's unfortunate the two women at the front desk can't multi-task and have damaged this location's reputation. The staff was kind and courteous, the Doctor was pleasant and informative. Would have given 4 stars but, I waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes before being called back to be checked in by the Medical Assistant. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Dr. Mary Louder is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. I warn you to not engage in any other conversation with Mary because it will lead to her disagreeing with what you're saying for the sake of disagreeing and not liking it when she insults you and you stand up for yourself. More specifically, I was confused why other doctors I had seen for my injury were prescribing me medication that was clearly giving me an allergic reaction, when she herself knew not to prescribe them based on my allergies.
