First time for everything, I had never experienced a work related injury clinic/PT place before. I was glad this place had good reviews before & I’m glad to be one of those good reviews now. All of the staff is friendly & really wants to help you in your recovery. Always on point with informing you on your injury & finding the best plan of recovery for you. Ari is an excellent, he helped me a lot with my injury. I am still in consultation, but I am hopeful that I will be pain free soon thanks to he is support and guidance.
I’ve probably seen more than 20 PAs, PTs, and Drs in my life for various injuries and pains and have loved most of them, but my interaction with Dr. Broghammer today was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare professional. The PAs and front staff here are great, but my appointment with the Dr was incredibly unprofessional. Dr. Shackleford was wonderful. He was incredibly attentive to my needs and took the time to thoroughly understand the challenges of my injury and role/responsibilities to prescribe the best course of treatment. He also has a kind and attentive bedside manner. Every visit was pleasant and positive. Thanks to his consistent and effective treatment I am already fully back to work!
