First time for everything, I had never experienced a work related injury clinic/PT place before. I was glad this place had good reviews before & I’m glad to be one of those good reviews now. What is the problem with Dr. Broghammer? and why is he allowed to see patients? He's clearly not interested in any healing or true diagnoses. I went to him the day after an injury and the man never so much as touched my swollen leg, he sat in his chair and looked at me like I was on display. My MRI showed a tear in my meniscus and small joint effusion yet when I asked why my diagnosis hadn't been updated he smiled and said "You're getting better aren't you? I think it's time the Better Business Bureau heard about this Dr.
The team at MBI is very helpful and kind. Ari did a great job with the therapy on my shoulder and I feel 100% better. I highly recommend this place for therapy. Thanks to Zach, Valerie, Ari and the team.
I’ve probably seen more than 20 PAs, PTs, and Drs in my life for various injuries and pains and have loved most of them, but my interaction with Dr. Broghammer today was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare professional. The PAs and front staff here are great, but my appointment with the Dr was incredibly unprofessional.
