Life happens and I took out a loan in July and used my vehicle title to get the amount I needed. The process wasn't too challenging however, the professionalism and integrity is very low. I had a lot of fees added on, insurance and other things were included in the loan. I called and spoke to the manager TRACY who claimed the fees cannot be removed since it was a title loan.
