Thanks Ms Jennifer.. her and the associate took time to help me get everything together. I have never been treated so nice.. I truley appreciate you both. Thank you kindly.. highly recommend
Wonderful experience. Jennifer was amazing in making this process a success. She was very nice, and was very informative about the loan and how this can improve my credit. Very helpful I will be coming again and sending many referrals. Thank you all so much for your help. It has been greatly appreciated.
I had an Awesome experience with Tracy and Jennifer. Speaking on the phone with Tracy, she was very helpful and friendly. Although I had the option of virtual, I went into the office. I had the opportunity to work with Jennifer. She was Amazing. I got my loan done and I will continue to do business with World Finance because they care. Yesterday they explained that the reason my loan was delayed is because the power went out on Monday. I am happy with my experience with them.
I needed to make an adjustment on my account for my payment arrangements, everything was fine ,great customer service friendly staff.
Ms. Jennifer Houston rendered outstanding customer service! It was comforting as well since my wife recently passed away. She definitely added extra value to my experience. Extraordinary! Go see them for taxes too
