World Finance is TOP TIER...LOANS AND TAXES!!!! Better than ALL the other tax services. They have been doing my taxes for several years, moved from Jackson H***** to H & R Block to WORLD ....Still there. Their customer service ESPECIALLY Chad in Seneca and Jonathan in Greenville SC, second to NONE!!! I recommend 10/10!!!!!

Hello. This company has received an overpayment and sent it to the lawyer's office twice which has not received it and the address was verified. Instead of trying to resolve this matter by sending me the payment, they want to stop the payment and send the lawyers office a payment again. At this point, I need to go over and beyond to get this issue resolved.
I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the ******** World Finance branch and their district manager, Julio. After paying off my loan on Nov 6, 2025, I applied again on Nov 8. I was told I needed to wait 14 days and asked if I could wait until Nov 26. I agreed. On Nov 17, Jennifer contacted me, started another application, and clearly stated I was approved for $1,800 and would be funded on Nov 26. I relied on that information. Took out a loan in September for 1500 agreed to pay it back and they stated they put me on autopay but nothing got taken out of my account and now it says I'll have a late payment on my credit report. And when I tried to call to negotiate it they didn't even wanna hear it. Disgusting.
They never set me up for auto payment after they received my banking information. They keep calling me every month for payments when I've explicitly told them to take it out of my account. They've extorted at least $30 dollars in late fees over a course of 9 months.
The people that work here are rude and disrespectful. I will never go back. I tried to make a payment the girl is rude hangs up. I’ll let it be sent to collections. I tried and tried and tried. Girl told me is her last day and didn’t give a ****. Tried to get answers of why their end is saying one thing and customer service is saying another. I hope this business goes under. Reported to my credit that it was paid and now they are telling me it’s something else from customer service, but the store is saying different.
Do NOT do business with the crooks! I was in a really hard spot and had to take a loan out with these crooks, after paying in full the still reported on my credit as a charge off because I defaulted on 2 payments! I hope you guys get shut down.
