I recently moved to a new home and needed some extra $ to get some new furniture. Becca was so helpful! It took less than 24 hours to get my loan, and visiting her and the branch manager was the highlight of my day. They are so sweet! I would highly recommend to anyone for a loan or help with taxes :)

The staff members are exceptionally professional, and each one greets you with a warm smile. The young lady, Alison, who assisted me was still in training, yet I thought she performed admirably. They collaborate effectively as a team; she sought assistance from another coworker, Becca, who readily offered her help. Furthermore, Mrs. Dena was incredibly compassionate and kind. I must also mention that the place of business was impeccably maintained. I highly recommend this establishment; thank you very much.
Dena was a wonderful blown officer walking through all the paperwork and make sure I had everything signed and understood what was going where and even got my first payment out past Christmas so that was wonderful
Had a Title loan with them and they lost my Title! Very unprofessional management when confronted when the issue had to be addressed at the close of my loan. I'll never do business with them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them due to the very high interest rate and unprofessionalism of staff. Branch manager Deena plays nice Grandma until she makes a mistake and it's time to fix it!
