I'm always greeted with a miles and hellos from everyone. I know the staff here enjoy their job alot because they're always in a great mood ( wonderful energy) full of laughter that rubs off on everyone that visits. The staff here love to conversations and very optimistic. I really like this establishment alot. World Finance really helps and very understanding.
Shamyia provided excellent customer service from the very beginning. She let me know she was busy in the office, but still advised me to come in as a walk-in. She was professional, helpful, and guided me through the entire process until everything was completed. I truly appreciate her patience and outstanding service.
