I had an absolutely incredible experience with Amanda and Jalen at World Finance! From start to finish, they were patient, kind, and extremely thorough in explaining every detail to me. I had been dealing with a frustrating issue involving a locked credit file, going back and forth with the credit bureau with little help. I’m very thankful for the help I received here. The people were extremely helpful and professional, and they really took the time to work with me. They gave me a chance despite my credit history and score, and that meant a lot. I really needed the extra funds to get through some unexpected life issues, and they came through for me. Jaylen was beyond helpful, also friendly and down to earth. He also made the overall experience quick and very easy. Although he is young he is very professional and helped more than words can say with the process. And how rude and disrespectful people are today that’s a breath of fresh air.
