Jaylen was beyond helpful, also friendly and down to earth. He also made the overall experience quick and very easy. Although he is young he is very professional and helped more than words can say with the process. And how rude and disrespectful people are today that’s a breath of fresh air. I had an absolutely incredible experience with Amanda and Jalen at World Finance! From start to finish, they were patient, kind, and extremely thorough in explaining every detail to me.
