I highly recommend this branch! I'm 42 and this is the first time I've ever gotten taxes filed and enjoyed it!!! Ms. Olivia was our rep and she was very professional. In 1 hour she filed for 2 separate people. She was consise, thorough and friendly! She explained everything as she worked and wr finished without having any questions or issues. We will never go anywhere else to file taxes again!
I had the best experience getting my taxes done here! Everything was so quick, easy, and completely stress free (which says a lot for taxes lol). Everyone was super sweet and made the whole process feel so simple and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back next year highly recommend!! 💕
I will never be doing business with this place again. Amy I think is the store mangers name is extremely unprofessional. I was trying to get a line with another woman who was really sweat and then I was sent over to Amy when I was trying to some documents sent over and was having a hard time doing so when I simply asked if there was any other way I could send them. It's pretty easy to get a loan so they get 5 stars from me , my scheduling of the date to pay back has gotten a little off beat but that's not their fault it's their computers fault so no human error is my only complaint , but as far as helping those of us that aren't rich but need help from time to time then yes they are your loan agents that you want on your side .
