I have delt with these people for over a year, and I've found that they go out of their way to help you. Even when we were 3 days late on a payment, they have NEVER been rude, nor have I ever seen them be rude to someone else. Just my experience.

i have dealt with these people and find them to be very rude as well. i was at a store one evening with my children and ran into one of their employees and she had the nerve to stop me and and not so politely remind me in front of my kids and any one else nearby that my payment was due the next day and i should have no reason to be late, since i seem to be able to grocery shop. when you are a couple days late they call you and are very rude and demanding. the whole company is unprofessional.

The people who work at the one in murray, ky are very rude and lie alot.. When you go in they treat you like you are beneath them... They talk to you like your an idiot... and i will NEVER get another loan through them ever again, and i will spread the word about them, you definately need to bring terry and the other guy back they were very nice!
