Kirstin has been wonderful at helping me, by explaining issues about my loan. I had a couple different ones tell me that she was friendly and would explain things to me and she did just that! I didn’t feel judged as I sat at her desk signing papers. Such a relief for that as well. There needs to be more people like her in the world.
