I had recently gave this company a good review. Was really disappointed with the phone call I received today from one of the representatives today. I recently renewed and she called to tell me my payment came due Saturday and asked when I wanted to set it it. I kindly said “this Friday the 12th” she rudely said how she can do a “one time courtesy” for me and put me down for that date but that it HAS to be ok or before due date.
