Amazing customer service! The branch manager Kimberly is amazing and I’ve never had any issues with applications or payments! I don’t have great credit either, so this place was a huge help! Thanks to the wonderful ladies there 😊
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained the process very concisely and left little reason for questions. The few questions I did have were answered completely and I left feeling like I truly understood every aspect of my loan process. Will be doing business with them for a long time to come!
