Brienna was absolutely amazing! She was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each step. Her customer service went above and beyond, and she truly made the experience smooth and stress-free.
What a wonderful service this team provides! Sabrina walked me through the tax process and spent 2 days helping me through some challenges to make sure my taxes were filed. I can't imagine experiencing such amazing service with any other tax company and the bonus of this agency being the loan company for times your in need. All the staff are friendly and reliable. Sabrina got me in and approved really fast!!(with bad credit) Brienna finished me up when I came in very very nice lady's to chit chat with while getting what you need! And they loved my job they love puppies haha!!! I just happen to be a puppy matchmaker haha. If your in a bind go see them!!!
Summer flowers is one of the best representative I’ve came across. She was very helpful and kind. Made the whole process smooth. If you have any questions about a loan, taxes, etc. Come see her! Other than that the environment was welcoming.
