I got a loan through them last year no problem have my taxes done with them no problem I tried to refinance my my loan on all of a sudden they can't put the money on my card they have to mail me a check or they have to have access to my bank account they know I don't have a bank account they know that that is the same card that they put my money on last year when I got the loan and when they did my taxes but now all of a sudden they can't put the money on my card.

This location is the best ! Lollie has always been amazing from day one. And then to find out Janice is there is just wonderful. She is so sweet and caring. The two of them together makes for a pleasant office experience. Thank you ladies.

They are some of the best ladies working there! Very helpful, and understanding. If they can help they will. I've been getting my taxes done here for years. And I was even able to get my first loan here to help build my credit when every where else told me I couldn't! Their like a family!! Lolli and Donna are truly the best, they make the office seem more like a friendly pleasant place over an office.
