I was returning as a customer, and she made the whole process quick and easy. She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and it really felt like she cared. Needing extra cash for this time of year and was taken care of with no problem. Star was amazing with her efficiency and friendly service. I was told about the tax service available and loans available based on projected tax return. Outstanding experience from start to finish.
