I had the worst experience today with World Finance, I arrived shortly after nine and the close sign was displayed, I took a chance and opened the door as there were three women in there. I originally asked for who I thought said her name was Cindy on the phone yesterday. The lady in the back of the office said there’s no Cindy here but anyone can help you, so I said my name hoping whoever I spoke with yesterday would acknowledge the call, once again the lady in the back of the office asked another woman to help me. I was impressed with the ladies here. They were efficient, friendly, helpful and quick. I also had an address issue that needed resolved and they went the extra mile fir me to help meale sure i had all needed documents in. I am leaving happy and completely satisfied. I was in and out w my loan loaded on my card in 35/40 minutes. I will continue to do business with them.

Connie was excellent. She was fast and very efficient. She followed through with everything in a reasonable time. She kept in contact with me and made sure I was aware of what was going on the whole time. Connie has helped me in the past and always the same excellent customer service. If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would
