When you call, the hold time is ridiculous. I kept playing “phone tag” with them. I thought I was calling the branch that I received the loan from and I reached a general branch. On their website, it was misled information. I just wished their had a better, more efficient way of communicating.
Had a seamless experience here! The staff were professional and kind and took care of us quickly. Not surprised to see that they had a 5 star rating - well deserved!
