When you call, the hold time is ridiculous. I kept playing “phone tag” with them. I thought I was calling the branch that I received the loan from and I reached a general branch. On their website, it was misled information. I just wished their had a better, more efficient way of communicating.
Ms. Malia was awesome I absolutely love her she was so helpful . I would definitely recommend going to see her. I will definitely be back
